Having a meat-free meal? Make roast butternut, and top it with a few teaspoons of Red Onion Relish (dont spread it - its perfect in blobs), crumbled feta, macadamia nuts and a sprinkle of Dukkah spice. Grill until the cheese melts
Use it on sandwiches, on cold meat or cheese platters, it is particularly excellent with soft white cheeses ( like Camembert and Brie).
