The blend sounds lyrical - ginger, green and white pepper, lemon, flower petals and herbs... Happiness Salt charms the flavours of small game birds - perfect on a Springbok steak. It is a particular flavour friend of vegetables and salads though... Finishes glazed, roast carrots to perfection. It is a wonderful condiment for meal-salads like roast butternut and feta with avo and pumpkin seeds on butter lettuce.
